The exact original stays private with its integrity hash and provenance. It helps with preparation; it does not prove that the debt or source material is valid.

Preserve the source, not only the export
Keep original emails, invoices, contracts, delivery records and payment evidence in their original systems where possible. Review the names, dates, amounts, descriptions and ordering before using an export outside 86Hours. If the matter is disputed, high value, cross-border or procedurally complex, consider appropriate professional advice.
