Buying and managing access

Which plans can I buy?

Recovery Pack, Pro and Bookkeeper open secure Stripe checkout after you sign in and accept the service terms. Access is granted only after the verified payment event is processed.

Does a downgrade delete case data?

A plan change must not silently delete customer data. Access and retention remain subject to the account terms and approved migration controls.

Are taxes or extra services included?

The checkout page shows the applicable provider total before payment. Optional recovery, legal or professional services are separate from the software prices displayed here.
