Private evidence, not public links

Case files are stored under non-guessable private object keys. A download must pass account, tenant, workspace, case and evidence checks before the file is returned.

Access is enforced behind the interface

Hiding a button is not treated as security. Protected reads and changes must pass server-side membership, permission and resource checks.

No surprise recovery actions

Automatic debtor contact and automatic court filing remain disabled. You review the facts, recipient, wording and supporting material before anything leaves the product.

Clear payments and service boundaries

Stripe handles card entry and displays the complete total before payment. 86Hours is administrative software, not a debt collector, law firm or court service, and it does not guarantee recovery.
