Bookkeeper resource hub

A client-bound workflow for organising unpaid invoices.

Use a consistent intake, preserve each client's authority and keep source records traceable. These resources support administrative organisation; they do not make the practice a legal adviser or debt collector.

Current product truth

Available through secure checkout

Bookkeeper includes up to ten isolated client-business workspaces. It is available through secure checkout. Access to each client and case remains explicit; a subscription does not create a referral arrangement or disclose client data by default.

Three common practice situations

Keep the client's facts, decisions and access boundaries visible.

A client forwards only the invoice

Record what is missing: the agreement, delivery or completion record, ledger changes, prior chases and any dispute. Ask the client to confirm the facts rather than completing them for the client.

A customer promises to pay

Keep the source message, record the stated amount and date, and let the client decide any follow-up. A practice can organise the record without guaranteeing the promise or the outcome.

The invoice is disputed

Separate each issue, link it to the available source records and make the professional boundary clear. Organising a dispute is not deciding it or providing legal representation.

Before opening a record

  • Confirm the authorised client contact and purpose
  • Identify the people permitted to see the client material
  • Collect original invoice, ledger and communication sources
  • Record missing, disputed or contradictory information

Before handing the record back

  • Ask the client to verify names, dates, amounts and attachments
  • State who decides the next action and approves communications
  • Preserve the source files and a dated chronology
  • Remove practice access when the instruction ends
