The item remains selected for the full pack and viewable through the authenticated timeline. Replacing a file creates a new current version without reusing its identity.

Each accepted upload receives a permanent exhibit reference automatically and a matching timeline entry. Customer evidence needs no separate content approval, but file-security checks must still pass.
If a file is blocked
Unsupported, oversized, corrupt or unsafe files remain unavailable. Do not rename an unsafe file to bypass validation.
